What’s in a Name? (sticking with the Romeo and Juliet)

That I’d want to change mine? I’ll tell ya what, a history of not-so-great men/fathers. This being my last name. So in lieu of that I decided this year I was going to look into changing it to my middle but one yahoo answers search later I found this…this…I can’t explain it. But it’s this accidentally(?)/surprisingly(?)/shockingly surreal and poignant response. It struck me as funny at first (due to my habit for inappropriate laughter and all) but after re-reading was like…wow…THIS. 

So here’s the initial question:
